Refund and Exchange Policy:
Items are available for exchanges within 3
days of merchandise arrival or merchandise credit. Please contact our Customer
Service team to obtain a return authorization number. No
returns will be accepted without this authorization
number. Please pack merchandise in its original
packaging. Please note, that there is however, no
refunds or exchanges on any custom orders such as crystal
shoes, crystal shirts, name bracelets, or sale items. Please note, shipping
charges are not refundable. Exchanges made during
the 3 day period is subject to shipping charges. Please
allow for 2 weeks for all crystal shoe & shirt
orders.
Hand made jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty and will
be repaired on request at no additional charge. After
that time, there is a minimal charge for repairs and
restringing.
We process orders in the order that they are received.
Orders are subject to available stock at the time we
fill an order. Upon rare occasions items may be sold out
by the time we process your order. Please note, that
credit cards are not charged until an order is confirmed
and shipping.
Wholesale orders are final sale. There are no
returns/exchanges at all on merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise:
We inspect all jewelry and merchandise prior to
shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us
immediately or within 24 hours of receipt. We gladly,
will send out a replacement.
