Refund Policy: All
merchandise purchased through Unique Presence On-line can be exchanged for
merchandise credit within 5 days of the purchase date. Please contact our
Customer Service team to obtain a return authorization number. No returns
will be accepted without this authorization number. Please pack
merchandise in its original packaging. Hand made jewelry comes with a
6-month warranty and will be repaired on request at no additional charge.
Custom Orders are FINAL SALES. There are no exchanges or refunds
